1. Scope of Service (Solo-Mission Protocol)

1.1 The Service Provider (Courier) operates on a "Solo-Mission" basis. Each booking is dedicated to a single client.
1.2 We guarantee a Non-Stop, Point-to-Point delivery. No other parcels from different clients will be consolidated in the vehicle during the transit.
1.3 The vehicle used is a private passenger car to maintain a low-profile and secure environment.

2. Security & Tamper-Evident Packaging

2.1 All documents and data assets MUST be placed in a Security Seal Bag provided by the Courier (or the Client, if pre-approved).
2.2 The Seal ID Number will be recorded upon pickup and verified by the Recipient upon delivery.
2.3 The Courier reserves the right to refuse items that are illegal, hazardous, or improperly packed.

3. Privacy & Monitoring (Body-Cam Policy)

3.1 For security and chain-of-custody purposes, the Courier utilizes a Body-Cam and Dashcam to record the pickup and handover process.
3.2 These recordings are strictly for security audits and dispute resolution. They will be deleted after 7 days unless a dispute is raised.
3.3 No contents of the documents/data will be recorded; only the physical exterior of the sealed package and the handover action.

4. Liability & Insurance

4.1 The Courier’s liability is limited to the Service Fee charged for the specific trip.
4.2 While we exercise extreme caution, the Courier is not liable for the "intrinsic value" of the information contained within the documents or hard drives (e.g., loss of business or data).
4.3 Clients are advised to maintain digital backups or independent insurance for high-value physical assets.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 First-Time Clients: Full payment via DuitNow/Bank Transfer is required upon delivery, before the release of the item.
5.2 Corporate Accounts: Monthly invoicing (Net 7 or Net 14) is available only for pre-approved long-term clients with a signed Service Agreement.
5.3 Cancellation of a mission after the Courier has arrived at the pickup point will incur a 50% base fee.

6. Direct Delivery Policy (Non-Stop)

6.1 The Courier will not divert from the most efficient GPS route unless forced by road closures or emergencies.
6.2 Real-time "Live Location" sharing via WhatsApp is provided to the Client for transparency.

7. Recording Opt-Out & Liability Waiver

7.1 Client Right to Refuse: The Client may formally request the deactivation of the Body-Cam and/or Dashcam recording during the pickup or handover process.
7.2 Manual Override: Upon such request, the Courier will manually power off the recording device in the presence of the Client.
7.3 Assumption of Risk: By requesting the deactivation of security recording, the Client acknowledges and accepts that the "Chain of Custody" visual evidence is voided.
7.4 Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Insight Secure Logistics harmless against any claims, disputes, or allegations of tampering, loss, or misconduct that arise from a mission where recording was disabled at the Client’s request.
7.5 Seal Integrity: In the event of an opt-out, the Security Seal ID verification signed on the physical Delivery Order (DO) shall serve as the final and sole proof of item integrity.

7.1 Absolute Prohibition:
Insight Secure Logistics strictly prohibits the transport of any items that are illegal under the laws of Malaysia. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Narcotics & Controlled Substances: Any form of illegal drugs or unlicensed pharmaceutical products.

  • Weapons & Explosives: Firearms, ammunition, fireworks, or any combustible materials.

  • Illicit Materials: Stolen property, counterfeit goods, or contraband.

7.2 Dangerous & Hazardous Goods:
We do not transport hazardous materials that pose a risk to the Courier, the vehicle, or the public, including:

  • Flammable Liquids/Gases: Petrol, alcohol, or pressurized canisters.

  • Corrosive/Toxic Substances: Acids, industrial chemicals, or biohazardous waste.

  • Lithium Batteries (Bulk): We only accept individual electronic devices (e.g., one laptop or one hard drive). Large quantities of loose batteries are prohibited.

7.3 Right to Inspect & Refuse:
7.3.1 Visual Verification: The Courier reserves the right to request a visual inspection of any item before it is sealed in a Security Bag.
7.3.2 Right of Refusal: We reserve the absolute right to refuse any mission if the item is suspected to be illegal, dangerous, or improperly documented.
7.3.3 Legal Reporting: If any prohibited or illegal items are discovered during transit, Insight Secure Logistics will immediately notify the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) and cooperate fully with authorities.
